PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an electromotive type direct-acting actuator which has high faithfulness with respect to a control signal, emits low noise and is capable of linear reciprocation drive with high output at a high repeating rate. PSOLUTION: The direct-acting actuator is equipped with a support plate to keep an electromotor for driving a feed screw fixed on one side of the support plate, and a linear guide for restricting the moving direction of the nut locked with the feed screw only to the axial direction of the feed screw fixed to the other side of the support plate, so that the feed screw is connected to the drive shaft of the electromotor by a semirigid coupling. Further, a bearing for rotatably supporting the feed screw is provided to the through-hole bored in the support plate in order to insert the feed screw. The semirigid coupling has bending properties in a bending direction and is constituted so as to inhibit the transmission of vibration in the extending direction of the drive shaft of the electromotor.
