PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform continuous radiation immunity tests easily while changing the frequency of a test signal as electromagnetic noise. PSOLUTION: A radiation immunity test apparatus includes: a signal generator for generating the test signal as electromagnetic noise; a distributor for distributing the test signal generated by the signal generator; a plurality of amplifiers for amplifying the test signals distributed by the distributor; a plurality of antennas for radiating the test signals amplified by the antennas; a drive mechanism for changing test spacing, which is spacing between the antennas and a device under test; a storage unit for storing control data in which the frequency of the test signal and the test spacing are brought into correspondence with each other; and a control unit which controls the frequency of the test signal generated by the signal generator on the basis of the control data stored by the storage unit and controls the test spacing by the drive mechanism in accordance with the frequency of the test signal.
