PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system capable of achieving efficient multilink communication between communication devices only by a simple procedure without setting transmission performance, transmission content, etc. in advance.;SOLUTION: The communication system includes a data reception-side communication device and a data transmission-side communication device for transmitting a transmission packet by communication through a plurality of bundled routes. The data transmission-side communication device includes: means for forwarding a transmission packet having sequence number information to any one of the routes; means for receiving an arrival notification from the data reception-side communication device; and means for determining a forwarding ratio to each route according to the reception condition of the route-by-route arriving notification, to control to forward with a determined forwarding ratio.
