PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively cut an object-to-be-cut with a roller cutter by making the object-to-be-cut hardly escape from a cutting edge of the roller cutter.;SOLUTION: In a roller cutter 10, circumferentially repeated irregularities are provided on an outer peripheral portion of a rotating wheel portion 32. Characteristically, a bit 34 provided on the outer peripheral portion of the wheel portion 32 is formed in such a shape that its circumferential length becomes greater toward a tip side from a bottom side.
