PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fish feed for improving color tone of dark flesh of culture fish, and to provide a method for improving color tone of the dark flesh using the fish feed. PSOLUTION: The fish feed improves color tone of the dark flesh of culture fish such as yellowtail, sea bream, mackerel or tuna, and contains 6-30 wt.% of Saccharomyces yeast. The method for improving color tone of the dark flesh includes feeding the fish feed to objective fish for at least two months to enhance the red color of the dark flesh of the culture fish, and further effectively delay the time-lapse color deterioration of the dark flesh after processed into sashimi or a fillet.
