PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present information suitable for the support of an operation or a conversation according to the situation of a user. PSOLUTION: When a user creates new information, a metadata creation part 6 creates detection data showing the features of created information. A presentation device ranking management part 8 creates presentation device ranking showing the order of presentation priority of various presentation devices 3 on the basis of a face direction vector and a gazing point center of gravity. As for each of presentation candidate files created, before creating new information, a data ranking processing part 7 creates data ranking by applying the high priority of information presentation to the files in which matching degree between metadata thereof and various information in the detection data is high, and determines the type of a presentation device 3 presenting the information for each of the presentation candidate files so that the files generating the metadata having the high priority can be presented by the presentation device 3 whose priority is high.
