PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer network based hazardous condition monitoring system and a hazardous condition processing server.SOLUTION: The hazardous condition monitoring system of the present invention comprises an emergency processing module which communicates with terminal equipment, a hazardous condition processing server including a processing unit, and an interface adapter. The interface adapter converts a first type signal including output information of the emergency processing module to a second type signal, then transmits it to the processing unit of the hazardous condition processing server, converts the second type signal including input information of the emergency processing module outputted from the hazardous condition processing server to the first type signal, and then transmits it to the emergency processing module. The emergency processing module transmits the first type signal to the interface adapter when a report signal from the terminal equipment is received, and transmits a control instruction to the terminal equipment when the first type signal including the input information of the emergency processing module transmitted from the interface adapter is received.
