PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably move a robot without interfering with other robots. PSOLUTION: A network robot system 10 includes robots 12, and the robot 12 transmits a request message for the generation request of a moving path related with the provision of services to a robot control device 102. The robot control device 102 receives the request message, and generates a moving path about the request message so that the robots 12 can be prevented from colliding with each other in response to the request message.
