PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a premium saving pension system which substitutes a premium amount corresponding to a user's merchandise purchase amount with points to store the points, concedes the points to a third person, converts the points into cash and returns the cash to the user as a pension. PSOLUTION: A center computer of a system center for exchanging a contract with the user and a distributor includes a premium amount receiving means for receiving a premium amount corresponding to the user's merchandise purchase amount, a premium amount storing means for storing the premium amount, a point converting means for converting the premium amount into premium points, a point storing means for storing the premium points, a point verification means for verifying the premium points, a point using means for using the premium points for merchandise purchase and discount, a point purchasing means for purchasing the premium points, a cash converting means for converting the premium points into cash for an additional payment insurance premium of pension insurance, and a point shifting means for shifting the premium points to another user.
