PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a Pt and Al-diffused Ni-base substrate which excels in oxidation resistance compared to conventional ones.;SOLUTION: The method for producing a substrate with a Pt-containing γ-Ni+γ'-Ni3Al film includes the steps of: obtaining a substrate with a Pt film by forming the Pt film on the surface of a Ni-base substrate; obtaining the Pt-diffused substrate by performing heat treatment of the substrate with the Pt film in the treatment conditions that Pt included in the Pt film is diffused at least on the surface of the Ni-base substrate; obtaining the substrate with an Al film by forming the Al film on the surface of the Pt-diffused substrate; and obtaining the substrate with the Pt-containing γ-Ni+γ'-Ni3Al film having a diffused layer in which Pt and Al are diffused by performing heat treatment of the substrate with the Al film in the treatment conditions that Al included in the Al film is diffused at least on the surface part of the Pt-diffused substrate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
