PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semantic analysis device that accelerates the processing speed and improves the semantic analysis accuracy. PSOLUTION: The semantic analysis device includes a retrieval part 101 for retrieving an external article database 20, with an analysis object keyword inputted from a user as a query; an article table 102 for storing the retrieved article; a cluster dividing part 103 for dividing the stored article into clusters; a cluster divided article table 104 for storing divided text; a needed cluster determining part 105 for determining a needed cluster regarding the text stored in the table 104; a needed cluster table 106 for storing the determined needed cluster; and a semantic analysis part 107 for performing semantic analysis of only the needed cluster stored in the needed cluster table 106, regarding the article stored in the cluster divided article table 104 and outputting an analysis result to the outside.
