PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate the degree of an influence to a user from others when browsing content.;SOLUTION: A unit 230 for calculating a feature score of the influence degree clusters a first content list that a user has browsed a plurality of pieces of content as a list and a second content list that a user has browsed a content body from the first content list, obtains analysis parameters S, M, a and m from the first and second content lists for each cluster, calculates a first probability where the number of contents in which concept appears in the second content list becomes m or more and a second probability where the number of contents becomes m or less under the condition of S, M and a, and calculates a feature score of the influence degree by an inverse function of a cumulative distribution function of standard normal distribution on the basis of the first probability and the second probability. A unit 240 for update processing of a concept system of the influence degree for each person/group updates an influence degree score for concept by using the feature score of the influence degree calculated for each cluster.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
