P To provide a device for defoaming, a culture system, and a container with the device for defoaming, which have high cleanability, are capable of easily carrying out disassembly cleaning and excels in usability. PSOLUTION: The culture system 1 includes a culture vessel 2 filled with culture liquid and a stirrer 3, and a defoaming device 4 defoaming foam generated by stirring the culture liquid. The defoaming device 4 includes a vane wheel 41, a casing outer periphery part 42 and a casing rear face part 43 housing the vane wheel 41.
