PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system which can prevent an excessive large current from flowing between converters due to recovery from the shutdown of a plurality of converters, and to provide an electric vehicle equipped with the system. PSOLUTION: An ECU 40 controls the master converter (first converter 12-1) so that a system voltage VH agrees with a prescribed target voltage, and controls the slave converter so that an amount of energization of the slave converter (second converter 12-2) agrees with a prescribed target amount. The ECU 40 limits a change rate of the target voltage, and limits the change rate of the target voltage more than that at a normal time, when the system voltage is boosted VH by the master converter, after the shutdown of the master converter and shutdown of the slave converter are simultaneously recovered.
