PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slope monitoring device and a slope monitoring system which can monitor various kinds of slope collapses such as a circular slip type.;SOLUTION: The slope monitoring device includes an immovable pillar 11 and a movable pillar 12, which are installed upright on a slope A spaced apart from each other. The immovable pillar 11 and the movable pillar 12 are connected with a wire 13. The movable pillar 12 includes an upper pillar 12A of which the upper end anchors the wire 13, an inclination angle sensor 12E installed in the upper pillar 12A to detect the inclination of the upper pillar 12A, a lower pillar 12B of which the lower end is embedded in the slope A, an inclination angle sensor 12D installed in the lower pillar 12B to detect the inclination of the lower pillar 12B, and a hinge part 12C which connects the lower end of the upper pillar 12A and the upper end of the lower pillar 12B so that the upper pillar 12A moves in both forward and backward directions.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
