The normal pressure low temperature microplasma fuel injection equipment for biomedical application is disclosed. The plasma fuel injection equipment of this invention, includes with the gas center runner and the porous insulating material and the protecting tube and the insulated case which are used as the positive electrode as the electrode and the cathode which are used. In the electrode, the plasma is injected. The gas center runner fills the gas from outside. The porous insulating material, with the electrode and the gas center runner, makes with the electrode and the gas center runner sever relations, possesses the plural passing holes which make the gas which was filled from the gas center runner the electrode pass. The protecting tube, making the gas center runner sever relations from outside, in order to protect, surrounds the gas center runner. The insulated case, inside the electrode, the porous insulating material, and the gas center runner, surrounds the part where the porous insulating material it is connected, with the electrode and the gas center runner, cuts off the fact that the discharge which happens in order to generate the plasma spreads outside. The plasma fuel injection equipment of this invention by the normal pressure is low temperature even in low voltage, it makes the plasma form whose current density is high and it is possible to inject.
