PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the labor of a user required by setting operation in setting image data attached to an E-mail as a standby image. PSOLUTION: A prescribed item of a header part of an E-mail or a value of the item is pre-registered into a condition storage part 501; and when the E-mail attached with image data is received, it is determined by a condition determining section 502 whether the prescribed item of the E-mail or the value of the item matches the prescribed item or the value of the item stored in the condition storage part 501.
