P To provide a disk-shaped grinder which exerts grinding force even ON a gear action polisher to the same degree as that exerted ON a single action polisher. PSOLUTION: The disk-shaped grinder for the gear action polisher is mounted ON a circular mounting surface arranged ON a distal end of a rotating shaft such that a rotation center of the disk-shaped grinder is aligned with a rotation center of a rotating shaft and carries out eccentric rotation as the rotation of the rotating shaft proceeds. The disk-shaped grinder has a trapezoidal cross section in which a surface facing a grinding object is larger in diameter and a surface mounted ON the circular mounting surface arranged ON the distal end of the rotating shaft is smaller in diameter. Provided that the diameter of the surface mounted ON the circular mounting surface arranged ON the distal end of the rotating shaft is the same as the diameter of the circular mounting surface arranged ON the distal end of the rotating shaft, and that a rotational speed of the rotating shaft is set to 600 times/min or less and the weight of the grinder is equal to 25 to 40 g and the hardness of the same is 30 to 35 degrees (according to a JIS C-shaped spring-type hardness meter).
