PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking lot fee management apparatus that prevents further charging against multiple entries and exits within a predetermined time, when a predetermined parking fee is paid as the parking fee.;SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a card information storage medium processing means 21 for issuing a special parking ticket, comprising a card information storage medium 20 with a serial number, corresponding to a vehicle and/or an identification number (ID number); a data holding means for detecting and recording the time and date of vehicle entry and exit, for recording a directory number of a vehicle and a paid parking fee, and for holding the data; and an exit gate managing device configured to calculate a vehicle parking fee, on the basis of the time and date of the entry and exit, and to open an exit gate after the parking fee is paid.
