PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking lot management device, a parking lot management method, and a parking lot management program for reflecting payment settlement information at a store on the settlement of a use fee of a parking lot, and for enabling smooth entry and exit of the parking lot.;SOLUTION: A first acquisition part 115 acquires vehicle identification information capable of identifying a vehicle which enters a parking lot, and a second acquisition part 116 acquires medium identification information capable of identifying a medium for a store to be presented in payment settlement at a store affiliated to a discount service of the parking lot in association with the vehicle identification information acquired by the first acquisition part, and a storage part 117 stores the vehicle identification information and the medium identification information in association, and a third acquisition part 118 acquires the vehicle identification information of the vehicle which exits from the parking lot, and a request part 119 requests the payment settlement information of the store associated with the medium identification information to a store device on the basis of the medium identification information, and a settlement part 120 calculates a parking lot use fee including discount information on the basis of the payment settlement information.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
