PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for measuring a thermophysical property which can maintain high levels of reproducibility and reliability of thermophysical property measurements by preventing as much as a possible variation in measurement results due to high frequency components of a heating light produced depending on variation in the position relation between the heating light and a detection light and environmental factor changes.;SOLUTION: In the apparatus A for measuring a thermophysical property, a laser light from a laser light source 1 for heating is intensity-modulated by an acousto-optic modulator 17 according to a predetermined setting frequency and irradiates a measured part of a sample 7 as heating light, laser light from a laser light source 9 for detection irradiates the measured part of the sample 7 as detection light, and the intensity of the detection light reflected from the sample 7 is measured with an optical measuring instrument 15. In the apparatus A for measuring a thermophysical property, the intensity of the heating light before irradiating the measured part of the sample 7 is detected by a heating light measuring instrument 24, and based on the detection results, frequency components in the intensity modulation of other than the setting frequency are removed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
