Matching window base is used to determine the depth map from the image obtained from the alignment of different. Respect of image depth is to be determined, matching a set of windows is used. Tentative depth map candidate depth values more than one is assigned to each point is generated. Tentative depth map is filtered by filtering surface, z components is minimized norm of at least the sum of unit vectors toward the candidate depth value of a target point from the candidate depth value of the neighboring point thereby.
