PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house rent income stabilization system for stabilizing house rent income from rentals of a rental apartment house etc.;SOLUTION: The house rent income stabilization system which stabilizes the house rent income includes means stored with an operation state (operation rate RA) of the rentals as a condition to present gifts to tenants, means stored with gift details (for example, 10% of house rents), means of determining whether operation rates R of the rentals reach the operation rate RA as the gift presenting condition, and means of performing processing for actualizing presentation of the gift when it is determined that an operation rate R reaches the operation rate RA.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
