PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and satisfactorily perform heat insulating treatment of a portion in which part of an underfloor part in an upper floor is exposed outdoors as an eaves soffit part.;SOLUTION: Spaces 35 and 35 surrounded by steel floor beams 28 of an upper floor 10 above an eaves ceiling plate 20 of an eaves soffit part 14 are filled with first heat insulating materials 40 and 40, a second heat insulating material 41 is attached to lower ends of the steel floor beams 28 so as to cover them, and a heat-insulated face 42 above the eaves soffit part 14 constituted by the first and second heat insulating materials 40, 40 and 41 is disposed to extend over between a heat-insulated face 15 along an outer wall 11 of the upper floor 10 and a heat-insulated face 16 along an outer wall 13 of a lower floor 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
