PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide omission preventing means of notebooks which does not spoil the flatness of the writing surface of the notebook nor give trouble to a writing work. PSOLUTION: An omission preventing instrument for the notebooks includes a clip part for pressing the edges of pockets from outside to the front cover (or the back cover) surface of the notebook, and a sufficiently thin fixing plate fixed to the front cover (or the back cover) of the notebook, wherein the both are connected at fulcra (axes). In case that the longitudinal direction of the notebook on the front cover (or the back cover) surface of the notebook which mounts the fixing plate is defined as an origin, its downward direction is defined to the x axis as a positive direction from the origin of rectangular coordinates. In case that a perpendicular line to the front cover (or the back cover) surface of the notebook, which mounts the fixing plate, is applied to the y axis (in this case, the direction moving away from the notebook is defined as a positive direction), for the purpose of preventing the notebook from omitting, the tip of the clip part exists at the position approaching to the x axis in the first quadrant of the rectangular coordinates. When the notebook is written, the clip part is rotated in the counterclockwise direction at the fulcrum located in the third quadrant of the rectangular coordinates, and can be moved to the third quadrant. Thus, the protrusion of this omission preventing instrument on the extension surface of the front cover (or the back cover) of the notebook can be eliminated. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
