PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in an information processor having a crime preventing function, a receiver cannot rescue a user because the user's position is far from the position of the own device when the position and profile of the user are transmitted. PSOLUTION: The information processor measures the position of the own device when an emergency button is pushed, the distance to each previously registered contact address of an emergency mail is calculated. Based on the calculated distance, a predetermined mail including information indicating the position of the own device is transmitted to the contact address of the mail existing at a predetermined distance from the own device.
