PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal detector for train control, which properly decides whether received signals sent from a ground element are normal or not to surely prevent improper control due to false detection of signals.;SOLUTION: The signal detector for the train control includes: an SS signal generating circuit 5 which spread-modulates a prescribed frequency signal to be output as an SS signal based on onboard information; an onboard element 7 to receive the SS signal from the SS signal generating circuit 5; and a CPU 14 which decides the peak level of the received signal sent to a secondary side of the onboard element 7 by electromagnetic coupling of the onboard element 7 and the ground element 4, to determine whether the received signal is normal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
