P To provide a HEAT shrinkable multilayer film for deep draw molding which has gas barrier properties under high humidity, tightfitting nature with contents by contraction and outstanding deep drawing aptitude. PSOLUTION: The HEAT shrinkable multilayer film for deep draw molding is made by laminating a resin layer made of a first thermoplastic resin (b) ON at least one side of an intermediate layer made of a vinylidene chloride copolymer resin (a), and the hot water shrinkage ratio of a longitudinal direction and in the lateral direction at a temperature of 90° C is within a range of 3-35%.
