PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare such a mesh as predetermined, in an important portion, by registering the important portion as a master shape in a master database. PSOLUTION: A mesh preparation device includes an important portion extracting means 14 for extracting the important portion, based on a shape data of the important portion registered in the master database 11, from an input an analytical objective shape model, an important portion mesh preparing means 15 for preparing the mesh in the important portion, based on a shape in each important portion registered in the master database 11 and an element condition thereof, in the extracted important portion, a usual analytical objective portion extracting means 16 for extracting a usual analytical objective portion excepting the important portion from the input analytical objective shape model, and a usual analytical objective portion mesh preparing means 17 for preparing the mesh in the usual analytical objective portion, based on a boundary condition of the mesh-divided important portion registered in the master database 11, in the extracted usual analytical objective portion.
