PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle information collection system which suppresses a communication cost low.;SOLUTION: A user computer obtains the contents of event information through a center system in order to collect huge vehicle information concerning the requiring event information and obtains the huge vehicle information in connection with this event information as relevant information through a portable type storage medium or a communication network such as a wireless LAN which does not go through the center system.
