PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and effort of a user more than before when a comment related to products or services provided by the user is posted to a communication service in which a comment posted by a user is opened to others.;SOLUTION: A page output unit 26 provides a user with a page in which a comment corresponding to information on products or services provided by the user is arranged.
