PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granule of nanoparticles containing encapsulated medicine and free from unnecessary materials such as binder and provide a granulation method of efficiently granulating the nanoparticles containing encapsulated medicine by using a spouted bed binderless granulation method.;SOLUTION: A granule of nanoparticles containing encapsulated medicine and granulated only by the mutual cohesive force of the nanoparticle-bonded material N composed of the medicine-encapsulated nanoparticles through an excipient is produced by bringing the powder of nanoparticle-bonded material N into mutual contact in a compressed state while circulating in a spouted bed. As a pretreatment, the medicine-encapsulated nanoparticles are added and mixed to a solution of the excipient, the mixed liquid is dried to form a granular nanoparticle-bonded material and the material is crushed to particle size suitable for granulation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
