PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable liquid preparation and jelly preparation of amlodipine.;SOLUTION: This stable liquid preparation in pH 5 to 7 range liquid property is prepared by using an anionic surfactant having a sulfuric acid group or a sulfonic acid group as a stabilizer of the amlodipine in its solution. Further, by adding a gelling agent, fine powdery solid and a gelation-regulating agent, and then mixing, the objective stable jelly composition of the amlodipine, having a high quick disintegrating property can be prepared. Thereby, the preparations easy for taking can be provided for aged persons having a decreased swallowing function and becoming difficult to take tablet preparations.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
