PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a plant culture medium, the method capable of shortening the preparation time of a culture medium, the plant culture medium that is not inferior in quality to a culture medium prepared by the conventional method.SOLUTION: A method for preparing a plant culture medium is provided, the method comprising the steps of: agitating a raw material of the plant culture medium by an agitator; filling the plant culture medium into a cultivation vessel by a bottling machine; performing a steam sterilization to the plant culture medium in the cultivation vessel by using a steam injection machine that can inject steam into the plant culture media filled in the cultivation vessel by sticking a steam injection rod into the cultivation vessel; and leaving the cultivation vessel till the temperature of the plant culture medium filled therein drops to a prescribed temperature suitable for an inoculation.
