PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To structure an opening/closing body of an electric opening/closing device for a building so that it can be operated by a remote controller without malfunction. PSOLUTION: Operation signals based on pressing operation of each of operation switches PBU, PBD, PBS of a remote controlling implement 7 for opening, closing and stopping are input in a control part 6. The control part 6 outputs a corresponding command signal to an opening/closing machine 3 along with continuous input of a plurality of predetermined number of words of the same operation signal when the operation signal including a data code for opening and closing is input, and outputs a command signal of stopping to the opening/closing machine 3 along with the input of an operation signal of one word when the operation signal including a data code for stopping is input.
