PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent decrease in the analysis accuracy due to the effects of non-specific factors, such as, environmental sound entering a chassis, in the diagnosis of mechanism components in a closed space and when positioning the mechanism components.;SOLUTION: A second sonic sensor (microphone 5) for generating a second sonic signal from the environmental sound outside of the chassis is provided, and a plurality of calculation means (calculation device 7) are disposed in accordance with a predetermined position relation.
