PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To update a file of a server without stopping distributed processing when the distributed processing is performed by a server cluster having a plurality of servers. PSOLUTION: The platform management device 400 transmits new files to a plurality of second servers during operations of a plurality of first servers, then starts the plurality of second servers. The platform management device directs a load balancer 200 to use a distribution rule to an effect that data for a new session are distributed among some of the plurality of second servers. When the number of sessions established by the plurality of first servers becomes zero, the plurality of first servers are stopped.
