PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-supporting bag with a spout part in which the spout part is easily opened in a cylindrical shape when spouting a content, its shape-keeping property is good, and the content can be smoothly spouted to the last without closing the spout part during the spouting in the field of the self-supporting bag in which a bottom part is formed in a gusset shape, and the spout part is formed in a part of an upper part in a spouting shape. PSOLUTION: The self-supporting property is given to the self-supporting bag with the spout part by forming its bottom part in a gusset shape by using a laminate film, and the spout part with its outer periphery being heat-sealed is provided on a part of an upper section in a projecting shape by notching both sides thereof. A cylindrical swollen part which projects outwardly is provided by the heat forming on the laminate film of at least one side of a part in the vicinity of the spout part toward the inner side of the bag over its base part from the spout part, tape-like sheets are arranged at a position on the inner side of the base part of the spout part across an opening part of the swollen part, and heat-bonded to the laminate film on both sides of the opening part.
