PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance history management method for managing time-series performance history such as a volume included in a storage device, as one time-series performance history in data rearrangement or device change.;SOLUTION: A management server 16 generates data-oriented performance history providing a logical place of storage of data stored in the volume, using a storage performance monitor program 252 based on rearrangement history information providing information on transfer history of data stored in a rearrangement history table 227 and the volume of the storage device to other volume by a storage structure information acquisition program 251, storage structure information stored in a storage structure information table 229 and performance history of each volume stored in a storage performance history table 226 by a storage performance information acquisition program 250.
