PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor and a visiting schedule adjustment system which performs scheduling flexibly in consideration of conditions of both sides of a user and a visiting worker, and can promote efficiency of operation of a manager who mediates adjustment. PSOLUTION: A server computes visiting conformity for making a visiting worker visit to a user based on a relation between information of the visiting worker who is to take charge of visiting service and request conditions input by the user (S104), decides a priority to transmit inquiry information on visiting propriety based on the computed visiting conformity (S105), transmits the inquiry information to a contact of the relevant visiting worker according to a decided priority (S110), generates the schedule information which makes the visiting worker who input reply information of the content indicating that visiting is feasible to the inquiry information, the person in charge, and transmits the generated schedule information.
