In the system, high-pressure hydrogen gas is supplied into the high-pressure hydrogen gas tanks A1, A2 in the first block A among two blocks A, B from a mobile filling facility 4 at a supply side, the high-pressure hydrogen gas is transferred into the high-pressure hydrogen gas tanks B1, B2 in the second block B among two blocks A, B through pipes from the high-pressure hydrogen gas tanks A1, A2 in the first block A, and the high-pressure hydrogen gas tanks A1, A2 in the first block A are further filled with the high-pressure hydrogen gas in accordance with a difference in pressure generated among the high-pressure hydrogen gas tanks A1, A2 in the first block A having a temperature and pressure reduced by the Simon expansion during gas transfer through the pipes and the mobile filling facility 4 at the supply side.
