PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device or method for creating a dictionary for improving the precision of the determination of a genre to which a Web page is belonging and a device and method for precisely determining the genre to which the Web page is belonging by using the created dictionary.;SOLUTION: A genre determination dictionary creation device 10 performs the morphemic analysis of a text for dictionary creation configuring a Web page whose belonging genre is already known, and stores words and phrases generated by reconnecting morphemes made adjacent to each other in a text for dictionary creation, and matched to the combination of prescribed parts of speech and the already known genre in association about the analyzed morphemes, and creates a genre determination dictionary 31. A genre determination device 20 includes a genre determination dictionary 31 created by the genre determination dictionary creation device 10. The morphemes are reconnected from the text configuring a Web page so that words and phrases can be generated, and whether or not the reconnected and generated words and phrases are registered in the genre determination dictionary 31 is determined, and the determination result is output.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
