PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition suitable for forming a normal-temperature shrinkable tube for connection components of electric wires and cables, highly insulative, excellent in the permanent elongation property and elongation property at normal temperature, and excellent in low-temperature shrinkability.;SOLUTION: The rubber composition comprises, based on 100 pts.mass of a mixture of ethylene-propylene-diene copolymers obtained by mixing a non-oil-extended ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer (A) and an oil-extended ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer (B) in a mass ratio A:B of 3:7 to 5:5, 4.5 to 5.5 pts.mass of an organic peroxide, 30 to 70 pts.mass of a calcined clay, 1 to 20 pts.mass of a carbon black, and 15 to 25 pts.mass of a process oil.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
