PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip and a fastening system having the clip.;SOLUTION: The clip (1) for joining two structural components has a U shape holding region (12). The U shape holding region (12) has an insertion opening portion (11) designed so as to reach the circumference of the portion under the head of a pin, which has its head portion on a self-standing type end portion, and projects from the first structural component, and penetrates the aperture portion of the second structural component. The clip (1) has a holding plate (2) designed so as to support the structural components. The holding plate (2) has a trough shape recess (5) at its center, and the trough shape recess (5) has a recessed portion (6) at its center.
