PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a user terminal of an event, that has occurred in a home device, according to a predetermined method without performing complicated communication settings for each home device.;SOLUTION: A home gateway 8 receives status notification data from a home device 9, specifies home device identification information and a class of the home device, generates a notify relay class and transmission data on the basis of the status notification data and transmits relay data including them to an HNW operation server 6. The HNW operation server 6 refers to a database 5 to specify an HSP server 3 corresponding to the home device identification information, the class and the notify relay class in the relay data, and transmits transmission data to the specified HSP server 3.
