This invention includes plural dry spots on the solid backing, being DNA array for the solid phase transfection of high throughput and high efficiency, it regards the high throughput in order the aforementioned dry spot (1) plasmid DNA and (2) it is introduced in the cell the DNA array which includes with the transfection reagent and (3) the cell adhesion protein and used that, to introduce plasmid DNA in the cell and the solid phase transfection method of high efficiency.
