PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear medicine diagnostic apparatus, a form tomography diagnostic apparatus, a nuclear medicine data arithmetic processing method and a form tomogram arithmetic processing method that can make a stable absorption correction and acquire a form tomogram usable for nuclear medicine data processing-diagnosis and acquisition of form information.;SOLUTION: In an absent state of a subject, blank data is collected by self-radioactivity represented by Lu-176 or the like (S1). In a present state of the subject M, transmission data is collected by self-radioactivity (S2), and emission data is collected by γ-rays generated from the subject medicated with a radiopharmaceutical (S3).
