PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular agent for rice in a seedling growing box, without having phytotoxicity, showing a long term effectiveness and further capable of spraying an agrochemically active component having high water solubility and leading a risk of generating phytotoxicity by the rapid absorption of the agrochemical active component into the rice, and another agrochemical active component without capable of imparting residual effectiveness by rapid flowing out in early period because of having a high elution property into water, without floating the preparation on water surface on its application.;SOLUTION: This granular agent for the rice in the seedling-growing box contains 3-30 wt.% agrochemical insecticide active component of 1,3-dicarbamoylthio-2-(N,N-dimethylamino)-propane hydrochloride (cartap hydrochloride) and/or 5-dimethylamino-1,2,3-trithian oxalate (thiocyclam oxalate), 50-93 wt.% thermoplastic biodegradable plastic resin and 0.5-42 wt.% elution into water-accelerating material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
