PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program, device, and method for sleep apnea detection for easily and inexpensively detecting sleep apnea.;SOLUTION: The sleep apnea detecting device 10 records external sound in environment from an external sound recorder section 11, determines whether an audible sound or no sound is found in the external sound recorded at the recording, analyzes, using the external sound of intervals of the audible sound found at the determining, a breathing pace indicating a cycle of a breathing estimated interval during which breathing is estimated, and extracts a silent interval within the breathing estimated interval based on the breathing pace analyzed at the analyzing, and detects the apnea.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
