PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a methylpentenic polymer resin composition which retains excellent characteristics inherent in a TPX resin, such as appropriate releasability (peel strength) from a sticky resin, an adhesive or the like, and is also remarkably improved in a high speed drawing characteristics or the like in inflation or extrusion lamination processing.;SOLUTION: The methylpentenic resin composition being improved in extrusion coating capability, comprises (A) a methylpentene polymer resin of 50-99 pts.mass (B) an ethylenic copolymer resin of at least one selected from (a) an ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer, (b) its ionomer and (c) an ethylene-(meth)acrylic ester copolymer, of 1-50 pts.mass (provided that the total of (A) and (B) is 100 pts.mass), and a film or sheet composed of the resin composition and a laminate containing the resin composition are respectively provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
